meat products, juice beverage,yeast powder, etc. and can be used for the fresh preservation of fishes and shrimps
Scope of use and usage:
1. When making tofu, add 2.5~2.6g of this product per kilogram of soybean milk. This product can be dissolved in a small amount of water and then added to soy milk, or the soy milk with this product can be heated to 80ºC after water protection for 15min, then it can be condensed into tofu.
2. This product and sodium bicarbonate by 2:1 mixed into baking powder, the amount can account for 50% to 70% of the sour agent. Can be used in biscuits, rolls and bread, especially suitable for cakes, the amount of about 0.13% of wheat flour.
3. Lunch meat, sausage, sausage, etc. add 0.3% of this product, can make the product bright color, good water retention, elastic, and has anti-corrosion effect, but also reduce the production of nitrosamines in the product.
4. As a chelating agent, can be used for grape juice or other juice wine, adding this product can prevent the formation of tartar. Used in dairy products to prevent the formation of lactostone.
5. This product can be used in fruit juice drinks and jelly as a sour agent, and can also be prepared with sodium bicarbonate into a high-grade beverage, not only produce strong strength, but also slowly hydrolyze gluconic acid, with cool and tasty and no irritation to the stomach characteristics.
